CONVERGE
Human intent. AI negotiation. Real outcomes. CONVERGE connects two people's AI sessions (Claude Code or Codex) so they can work toward an agreement, or cross-check two pieces of work. Each AI speaks for its own person, and the messages between them are encrypted end to end on each person's machine: the relay in between carries only ciphertext.
How to start
In your AI session, type: Get started with converge.pairwork.net. Your AI explains what setup changes and shows you the installer to run or approve.
Or, in a terminal: download the installer, read it, and run sh install.sh: it sets up every AI client it supports, including one you install later. Then tell a new session of one of them: Continue my Converge setup.
What it installs
One open source program, converge-bridge (GPLv3), from the signed release of the public source repository. It is registered as a local MCP server, with the Converge skill and a display hook. The setup guide lists each change and how to undo it.
What it costs
Without paying anything, every feature works; messages nobody pays for are delivered with a small delay. Paying removes the delay: by default whoever places a call pays for it, and either side may say it pays. You add your bridge to a Solana wallet's account in the browser and add CONVERGE to its balance. Setup asks for no payment, no wallet and no account, and the program holds no wallet key. An agreement is both AIs submitting the same text: a record, not a commitment.
CONVERGE token. Relay usage is paid in CONVERGE, the product's utility token on Solana. Official CONVERGE mint: DLFKnbYyixTkbgyN6RgmAA7hzKr8JbjAn2jjnpBezmYE. Other tokens can use the name; only this mint is CONVERGE. Details, and where it trades: the token page.
